Each year the arrival of spring marks another edition of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce Paragon Awards, where finalists, award winners, sponsors and presenters all gather to celebrate Regina 's true entrepreneurial spirit.

Before the Paragon Awards, Regina did not have a business awards program. Although there were programs that recognized the achievements of specific industries, and numerous provincial and national awards, there was nothing that celebrated the extraordinary talents and efforts to our business community.

The Paragon Awards raise the profile of local businesses and individuals who continue to raise the standard of business excellence in our community. What is so exciting about the program is it allows us to celebrate local achievements not only in the corporate world but also in the community at large. The awards also give our community another reason to take pride in what Regina and area people can accomplish. They continue to show that Regina businesses can and do compete effectively within Canada and throughout the world.

Each and every past award winner and finalist serve as inspiration to upcoming and potential entrepreneurs. They help our community to recognize the potential of doing business in this great city!
